Returns & Refunds policy

• Important Points to Note

  • The actual product colour may vary slightly from the images shown due to lighting effects and screen resolution differences.

  • As our jewellery is handmade, you may notice minor imperfections or variations, which contribute to its distinctive beauty and artisanal craftsmanship.

• We accept returns/exchanges only for defective products.

• To process return/ to claim any damages, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. The video must be continuous (unedited) and should clearly show the product inside. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained & no returns/ damages will be processed.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Product with removed/ torn/ damaged tags will not be accepted back as returns.

• Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Rights to process the refund in the form of money or credit note is completely under control of Dagina Art Jewellery.

• Final decision about processing returns/ exchanges/ refunds/ discounts/ credit notes/ coupons is completely reserved by Dagina Art Jewellery.
